    I need to lose about 5kgs of excess fat!! Singapore doesn’t suit me.!

    Hi ive had a back injury for 6 months now got the all clear

    im 6ft 3 and 18 stone 5ilbs usually 16 sone dead can you help me shift it with 3 months with your book?
